WARRANTY

Buxton Service, Inc. warrants to the purchaser that all new and used products delivered herewith are free from defects in material and workmanship, and will perform under normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of shipment from Buxton Service.

The liability of Buxton Service under the warranty specified herein shall be limited to the replacement or repair of the product, at the option of Buxton Service, without charge, F.O.B. Acton, Massachusetts. This warranty does not apply to a product upon which modifications, repairs or alterations have been made, and shall only apply when the equipment has been properly installed, serviced and operated under normal conditions, in accordance with the instructions provided for the specific unit.

Buxton Service shall not be liable for any claim greater in amount than the purchase price of the product, in respect of which such claim is made, and in no event shall Buxton Service be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages.

There are no express warranties other than those described herein. No warranties shall be implied or otherwise created under the uniform commercial code, including, but not limited to, a warranty of merchantability, and a warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
